Early years
The Early Years section of Daisies Academy provides a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where young children are introduced to learning through play, exploration, and guided activities.
We cater for children from 2 to 5 years, offering DISCOVERIES 1 & 2 for ages 3–4 years and a FOUNDATION class for ages 4–5 years. Our classes are designed to ensure each child receives personal attention, supported by a class teacher and an assistant.
At this stage, we focus on developing social skills, communication, creativity, confidence, and independence, while gently introducing early literacy and numeracy skills. Our approach helps children build a strong foundation and smoothly transition into primary education.
Primary
The Primary School at Daisies Academy is designed to build on the solid foundation laid during the Early Years and prepare pupils for higher academic challenges.
We admit pupils into Years 1 to 5, typically between the ages of 5 and 9 years. Our curriculum encourages critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, while maintaining high academic standards. Pupils are exposed to learning materials and activities that are often a year ahead of their current class to stimulate curiosity and confidence.
Through a blend of the Nigerian-British curriculum, co-curricular activities, and strong moral values, we aim to develop well-rounded pupils who are confident, disciplined, and ready for the next stage of their education.
Secondary
The Secondary School at Daisies Academy provides a structured, disciplined, and academically enriching environment that supports students through both Junior and Senior Secondary levels.
The Junior Secondary programme focuses on broadening subject knowledge, developing strong study habits, and strengthening critical and analytical thinking. At the end of this stage, students are prepared for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
The Senior Secondary programme builds on this foundation and prepares students for NECO, WAEC, and Cambridge examinations, while also guiding them in academic planning, leadership development, and future career pathways.
With the support of experienced teachers and a well-structured curriculum, students are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and character required for higher education and lifelong success.
